<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>HRM will partner with the functional leaders and management teams to execute critical HR programs and processes.  This managerial role is responsible for providing strategic human resource management support to the functional groups globally, as well as; site responsibilities, talent strategizing including professional recruitment, retention, performance management and career development; and counsel and guide management on developing the skills to effectively manage their teams, ensure compliance, and foster strong employee relations.  Facilitate collaborative problem solving strategies as well as participate in functional staff meetings, providing human resource insight on appropriate business issues.  Drive and execute the performance management and salary planning processes in functional area of support, ensuring time guidelines are met.  Perform other responsibilities and special projects as required.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>
<p>Bachelor Degree, OD or Human Resource preferred.  Progressive HR experience, including functional client HR (i.e.: supporting the Sourcing and Logistics functions), with a preference given to those candidates formally serving Sourcing and Logistics client groups.  Exhibit strong business acumen, initiative, energy and drive.  Must have the ability to travel and must be open to relocation for future advancement.</p>

<p>MBA or advanced degree. Prior experience serving Global Sourcing and Logistics client groups will be given preference. Lean Six Sigma trained and Green Belt certified. Functional human resource management experience.</p>

<p><strong>Location: </strong><strong>Indiana</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Primary responsibility will be as a key and active member of the New Product Development (NPD) team responsible for electrical and electromagnetic design of NPDs that are based on Single or Three phase AC induction motor or brushless DC motor platform and other topology.</p>
<p>Key role in motor design, building and testing the validation of engineering samples, design growth and design confirmation samples all the way through pilot run and production ramp.  Must work closely with manufacturing engineering and production facilities to develop manufacturable  designs, and safety agency engineers to ensure UL/CSA approvals.</p>
<p>Utilize simulation tools like ANSOFT/Infolytica to optimize electromagnetic lamination of Single &amp; Three phase AC induction and brushless DC Motors.  Development and maintenance of mathematical models &amp; simulations tool to perform analysis and design systhesis of single phase KCP, KC, KH, KCR induction motors and three phase induction motors required.  This effort will include continuous improvement of tools based on feedback of design engineers.</p>

<p><strong>Job Description and Duties:</strong></p>
<p>Seeking passionate individual to be part of variable speed motor development team.  This team will be responsible for the design, development and production of variable speed motors for various applications and markets. Applications include operating voltages up to 600VAC and operating power levels up to 5hp.</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for the specification, design, development, and qualification of electronic circuits related to high variable speed drives (<a href="http://motion-controls.globalspec.com/Industrial-Directory/permanent_magnet_motor">PMSM</a> and VSIM).  Circuits include power conversion, protection, switch mode power supplies, and motor drive circuitry. This position will interact with other areas of expertise within the company to take projects from the development phase to the production phase.</p>
<ul>
<li>Over ten years of experience in the design of industrial power conversion equipment such as PM or VSIM drives, industrial drives, etc.</li>
<li>Design expertise developing power electronic circuits and components such as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insulated-gate_bipolar_transistor">IGBT</a>s, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOSFET">MOSFET</a>s, diodes, capacitors and high frequency magnetic components.</li>
<li>Proficiency and understanding of the architecture, specification, and hardware design of 120 – 600VAC industrial power conversion equipment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in the use of simulation tools i.e. Matlab/Simulink, Simplorer, PSPICE and design analysis.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_interference">EMI</a> noise reduction techniques, PCB layout, gate drive design, thermal design, voltage and current sensing techniques and protection circuitry.</li>
<li>Experience with agency approval requirements and design for regulatory compliance (UL, CE).</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise with laboratory testing and experience with test equipment including oscilloscope, power meters, data acquisition equipment, spectrum analyzers, etc.</li>
<li>Candidate must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Knowledge of industrial drives and/or motion control technology and industry trends.</li>
<li>Understanding of motor control techniques and algorithms such us vector control and their implementation on high microprocessors or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_signal_processing">DSP</a>s.</li>
<li>Understanding of thermal management for power electronics and machine is a plus.  </li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Oracle Warehouse Management Techno Functional Analyst</span></strong> &#8211; Salary to $85,000 &#8211; Indianapolis, IN</p>
<p>The position is responsible for implementing and supporting the Oracle Warehouse Management System application, including MobileApps using RF scanning devices, and also involving integration with order management, accounting/finance, merchandising, EDI and other supply chain applications. The individual will perform functional analyst duties along with some technical support activities. Distribution facilities to be supported include US and international locations.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Primary Responsibilities</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop WMS warehousing and supply chain technical solutions to support business user requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as functional and technical application expert in development, implementation and support of Oracle WMS.</li>
<li>Provide expertise and assistance to members of the development team in the design, build, and implementation of WMS technology solutions and tools.</li>
<li>Develop documentation that describes functional design, technical deliverables and processes as required for internal controls, and so that maintenance responsibility can be passed on to the IT production support team.</li>
<li>Coordinate and lead user training and acceptance testing, including development of user guides and test scripts for WMS and related supply chain functionality implementation.</li>
<li>Ability to learn new third party application to support warehouse activities like Descartes Transportation Management System</li>
<li>Ensure that best practices and company standards are followed in the system development lifecycle as dictated by company policy and general system controls guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with management, team members, subject matter experts and end-users.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe work environment in the performance of all job responsibilities.</li>
<li>Should be able to estimate the project duration, contribute on the project planning and documentation standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Job Qualifications</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two six years work experience as in an Oracle Applications (eBusiness Suite) project or support environment, including hands-on WMS and MobileApps functional experience. Must have three years as a WHMS functional expert.Ideally should have implemented 4-5 WMS projects end to end.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the following a PLUS:</li>
</ul>
<p>o Oracle PL/SQL</p>
<p>o Oracle Developer 2000 (Forms/Reports)/Designer</p>
<p>o Discoverer reports</p>
<p>o Application interfaces</p>
<p>o Oracle XML Publisher</p>
<p>o RF bar code scanning devices and applications</p>
<p>o Bar code labeling software and hardware</p>
<ul>
<li>EDI implementation experience considered a strong plus</li>
<li>Background should include some experience with client-server architectures, databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and development platforms (.NET and Java). &#8211; This s desired / not essential.</li>
<li>Demonstrated initiative and innovation; experience with high levels of accountability</li>
<li>Knowledge on AIM standards and documentation,</li>
<li>Process and functional knowledge on Oracle Order Management is big plus</li>
<li>Possess strong analytical skills.</li>
<li>Possess strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English with management and staff at all levels, including other technical resources.</li>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Job profile</span></strong></p>

<li>This position will work as a part of Order Management COE which plays significant role in overall IT projects for the organization.</li>
<li>The role demands cross interactions with other functional COE&#8221;s &#8211; Manufacturing, Finance and Ecommerce.</li>
